Following a record number of entries and some tough decisions for the judging panel, we are delighted to announce that three members of our brilliant leadership team have been shortlisted as finalists in the upcoming West Midlands Leadership Awards 2025.
It's great to see them recognised for their forward thinking and inclusive leadership, and the contributions they make to Delta's success. The winners will be announced at an awards event in Birmingham on the 13 March 2025, and we will be cheering them on every step of the way.

Simon Davies – Technology Leader

Darren Cox – Technology Leader
Our Head of Engineering's vision and dedication have been instrumental in helping to shape Delta's award-winning Platinum technology, fostering collaboration, and continuously driving improvement. This recognition is a testament to Darren’s outstanding leadership and innovation.
Billy Chalk – Transformational Leader
Billy's transformative leadership as our Managing Director has driven Delta to new heights, fostering innovation and spearheading growth across our business. His ability to inspire change and deliver results has earned him this prestigious recognition.
